Aquafina Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run (PHR) is a baseball/softball skills competition that provides boys and girls, ages 7 to 14*, the opportunity to showcase their pitching, hitting and running abilities. Girls (softball) and boys (baseball) compete in their own divisions. The Pitch: 6 attempts to throw strikes into a designated strike zone. The Hit: 3 swings off a batting tee. The Run: timed run around a designated base path. Local winners advance to the Sectionals (Date & location TBD).
