Rental Rate Schedule - February, 2012

Facility is available for function rentals subject to the Port of Portland Cruise Schedule

Load-In/Load-Out/Rehearsal Rental          $ 875.00

*All load-in and load-out of your event must occur on the day of your event. Subject to availability, you may request either drop-off prior to or pick-up after of materials associated with your event. There is an additional fee for each such drop-off or pick-up. For delivery prior to your event, such materials may not be unpacked prior to the day of your event. For pick-up after your event, such materials must be packaged and made ready for pick up on the day of your event. If you require set-up time prior to and/or load-out time after the day of your event, you may rent, subject to availability, days prior to or after your event at the Load-In/Load-Out/Rehearsal Rental Rate ($875.00).

As this facility is subject to 33 Code of Federal Regulations Part 105 Maritime Security (MARSEC) requirements and is not routinely staffed, access is limited and subject to the Port of Portland Cruise Schedule. Visits to the facility in advance of your event are at our discretion. To guarantee access, advance meetings should be coordinated so that all of the contractors associated with your event visit at available times on the same day.

Rental Rates include space rental, base level of guest services staff, and custodial services. Rental Rates do not include rental of any equipment from the City of Portland or outside vendors, stage hands, Police, Med-CU, 105 screening (if applicable), or additional staff that may be required by artist riders or unique guest safety concerns. In the event that the City of Portland deems it necessary to provide any such additional labor and/or equipment, it shall be billed to and paid by the organization and/or individual named in the rental agreement.

Portable Public Address System (subject to availability) (6 hour maximum) $ 250.00

Non-profit rates shall only be applicable if LESSEE is a non-profit corporation pursuant to Federal IRS Rules and Regulations and is registered to do business in Maine with the Maine Secretary of State’s Office.
