From Northern Maine

Take Interstate 295 into Portland. Use exit 7 from 295 onto Franklin Street. Continue on Franklin Street until it ends at Commercial Street.  Turn Left at Commercial Street. Drive approximately 1/8 of a mile and Ocean Gateway will be on your right.

From Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine

Take Interstate 95 into Maine. Use exit 44 from 95 onto Interstate 295. Use exit 7 from 295 onto Franklin Street. Continue on Franklin Street until it ends at Commercial Street.  Turn Left at Commercial Street. Drive approximately 1/8 of a mile and Ocean Gateway will be on your right.

From Northern New Hampshire and Western Maine

Take Route 302 into Portland. Once in Portland, Route 302 turns into Forest Avenue. Continue on Forest Avenue until it ends at the intersection with Congress St. Take a left onto Congress St. and continue until you intersect with Franklin Street.  Take a right onto Franklin Street.  Proceed down Franklin Street until it ends at Commercial Street.  Turn Left at Commercial Street. Drive approximately 1/8 of a mile and Ocean Gateway will be on your right.
