Commercial Full Day Rental $ 3,085.50/day $ 2,838.00/day $1,430.00/day

Non – Profit Full Day Rental $ 2,585.00/day $ 2,337.50/day $1,430.00/day

Rental Rates include Space Rental, Event Coordinator, one (1) Event Services Staff (up to twenty four (24) hours per day), daily cleaning, cleaning prior to and after use, public address system, up to one hundred fifty (150) 8’ x 2 ½’ tables, up to five hundred (500) chairs, and electric service up to 200 amps. If total electric requirements exceed 200 amps or if vehicular hook ups and/or 208 volt or larger service is required, a Maine licensed master electrician must be hired to provide all electric service. Exposition Building and contractor electric service may not be combined. Additional staff and/or equipment may be required. In the event that the Portland Exposition Building deems it necessary to provide such additional staff and/or equipment, it shall be billed to and paid by the organization and/or individual named in the rental agreement.

Rental Rates include Space Rental, and Basic Services for your usage, lesee is responsible for staging and barricades. In the event that the Portland Exposition Building is requested or deems it necessary to provide any additional labor, services and/or additional equipment above and beyond the basic services provided, any such services or equipment shall be billed and paid by the organization and/or individual named in the rental agreement.

PortTix, managed jointly by PCA Great Performances and the Portland Symphony Orchestra, is the City of Portland’s contractor for Ticketing for concerts at the Portland Exposition Building.
