There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be held in the Barron Center, 1145 Brighton Ave., Portland, Maine. Only those firms represented at this meeting will be allowed to submit a bid on this project.Proposal forms are available at the Purchasing Office, and may be requested by calling (207) 874-8654 or via e-mail.
All questions shall be directed in writing to the Purchasing Office by
e-mail or faxed to the purchasing office at (207) 874-8652 and must be received no later than 5 working days prior to the scheduled opening date. Questions received after this time will not be addressed.
