Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City, upon payment in advance of $100 ($125 if shipped), each complete copy of the specifications and proposal forms which will be available at the Purchasing Office. All questions shall be directed in writing to the Purchasing Office by
e-mail or faxed to the purchasing office at (207) 874-8652 and must be received no later than 5 working days prior to the scheduled opening date. Questions received after this time will not be addressed.
