There will be a pre-bid conference on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Temple Street Parking Garage, all prospective qualified bidders must attend this pre-bid conference in order to submit a bid on this project.,
Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City, upon payment in advance of $35 ($50 if shipped), each complete copy of the specifications and proposal forms which will be available at the Purchasing Office. All questions shall be directed in writing to the Purchasing Office by
e-mail or faxed to the purchasing office at (207) 874-8652 and must be received no later than 5 working days prior to the scheduled opening date. Questions received after this time will not be addressed.
