MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE

Before submitting bids, firms are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, which will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Please plan to meet o nthe front stair of Portland City Hall. Only firms represented at this meeting will be allowed to submit a bid for this contract.

Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City, upon payment in advance of $50 ($75 if shipped), each complete copy of the specifications and proposal forms which will be available at the Purchasing Office. All questions shall be directed in writing to the Purchasing Office by
e-mail or faxed to the purchasing office at (207) 874-8652 and must be received no later than 5 working days prior to the scheduled opening date. Questions received after this time will not be addressed.
