8/13/2010 - New Development Review Regulations and Applications go into effect on August 18th, 2010: The revised Article V, Site Plan Ordinance of the Land Use Code , Technical Manual and Design Manual go into effect on August 18th. All applications that are submitted on or after August 18th will be subject to these new standards.
