The owner-occupied Rehab Program assists income eligible residents of
Cumberland County, who own one to four unit buildings, to finance home
improvements. The property must be
occupied as their principal residence. Eligible repairs include health &
safety issues, lead paint hazards, energy conservation improvements, & other
non-luxury building improvements.
