Tenant Income Verification Form

This Program is designed to provide low interest loans for investor owners to purchase and/or repair multifamily buildings in the City of Portland. Owners who choose to participate in this program agree to rent and tenant income restrictions for a period of time determined by the amount of the funds invested in the project.
