i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Roof Replacement; Abyssinian Meeting House, 75 Newbury Street; The Committee to Restore the Abyssinian, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 7-0 to authorize staff to continue working with applicant, consultants and MHPC (with the Board’s questions and concerns addressed) to determine the most architecturally and historically appropriate roofing material and eave/cornice detail.

ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Porch Redesign; 92 Pine Street; 90 Pine Street Apartments LLC, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 7-0 to approve the application subject to conditions. Revised drawings to be submitted to staff for final approval.
