i. Maine Yacht Center Conditional Rezoning; Vicinity of 47-83 Kensington Street; Maine Yacht Center, Applicant. (4:00 – 5:00 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Board will consider a proposed conditional rezoning agreement for a portion of the property from R-5 to IL to allow for the expansion of the marine facility.

ii. B-2 Text Amendments; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:00 – 6:00 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Board will consider proposed amendments to the B-2 zone to increase residential density and to change dimensional requirements.

6. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON APRIL 11TH, 2009.

i. Election of the Vice Chair (6:00 – 6:15 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change)

The Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Hall absent).

ii. Portland International Jetport Reconsideration; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant.

The Board voted 4-1 (Lewis, Patterson, Lowry and Tevanian in favor; Silk opposed and Hall absent) to approve the Traffic Movement Permit and Site Plan subject to fifteen (15) conditions of approval.
7. NEW BUSINESS

i. Maine Medical Center Alternative Transportation/Travel Demand Management Plan (TDM);Maine Medical Center, Applicant.

The Board will consider a plan to provide incentives for employees to use alternative transportation to meet a condition of site plan approval. (7:00 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change)
