The Board will begin a comprehensive update of the site plan ordinance project review standards with the Transportation Standards and associated Technical Manual details and specifications.

6. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON JULY 14th,2009.

i. Waterville Condominiums, Site Plan and Subdivision; Vicinity of 29 Waterville Street; Waterville Triad, LLC., Applicant.

The Planning Board voted:

- unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) to grant waiver of Section II regarding catchbasin location in the driveway;

- unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) to grant the waiver of driveway width;

- unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) to grant waiver of parking dimensions; and

- unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) to grant waiver of parking aisle width;

The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) on the following subdivision standards:

- A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, A-5, A-6, A-7, A-8, A-0, A-10, A-11, A-12, A-13, A-14 and A-15.

The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) to approve the subdivision subject to two (2) conditions of approval.

The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) on the following site plan standards:

- 526 a1, 2a, 2b, 2c, 30

- 526 a3, 4 (bulk, location and height)

- 526 a5, 8, 11 (sewers, stormdrains)

- 526 a6, 7 (landscape buffer, subject to conditions of approval)

- 526 a9 (lighting)

- 526 a10 (fire/emergency)

- 526 a15 (multifamily design)

- 526 a19 (view corridors – not applicable)

- 526 a28 (R-6 small lot)

The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis absent; Lowry recused) to approve the site plan subject to 4 conditions of approval.

ii. Peninsula Transit Study; City of Portland, Applicant.

The Planning Board voted unanimously 3-0 (Tevanian, Lewis and Lowry absent) to recommend this item to the City Council.

iii. B-2, B-2b and B-2c Text Amendments for Residential Density Parking and Dimensional Requirements; City of Portland, Applicant.

The Planning Board voted unanimously 3-0 (Tevanian, Lewis and Lowry absent) to recommend the parking related amendments to the City Council, and to table the remaining amendments to a workshop on September 8th.
7. NEW BUSINESS - 6:00 p.m.

i. Election of the Vice Chair (6:00 – 6:15 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change)

ii. Portland International Jetport Reconsideration; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. (6:15 – 8:00 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change)

The Portland Jetport proposed terminal expansion site plan was approved by the Planning Board on May 12, 2009, subject to two (2) conditions of approval. The applicant has requested and the Board voted to reconsider this item and the Applicant is requesting that the two (2) conditions of approval be removed.
