(6:30 – 6:45 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a 3 unit condominium building with basement level parking at 29 Waterville Street. This is an extra workshop to correct a noticing issue in regard to the April 2009 workshop on this proposal. |

(6:45 – 7:45 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a 3 unit condominium building with basement level parking at 29 Waterville Street. iii. Peninsula Transit Study; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:45 – 8:45 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the draft Peninsula Transit Study Report. The report contains transportation and land use policy recommendations and an action plan for implementation. The Board will consider the report for a recommendation to the City Council for the report's inclusion in the City's Comprehensive Plan. iv. B-2, B-2b and B-2c Text Amendments for Residential Density Parking and Dimensional Requirements; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:45 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on proposed zoning text amendments for the B-2, B-2b and B-2c business zones that will allow an increase in residential density in the peninsula B-2 zones and modifies parking and dimensional requirements. |
