The appellant requested a variance in the minimum required lot size from one acre (43,560 square feet) to 14,400 square feet [section 14-120(1)(a)(5)]. Representing the appeal was Shukria Wiar. The Board voted 5-0 to deny the Practical Difficulty Appeal on Thursday, June 4, 2009.
