The Planning Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Odokara and Patterson absent) to recommend to the City Council approval of the proposed shoreland zoning regulations. ii. Jetport Expansion; Request for Reconsideration of Decision; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Odokara and Patterson absent) to reconsider this item, which will be heard on August 11, 2009. iii. R-P (Residential Professional) Text Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Odokara and Patterson absent) to recommend the proposed text amendment to the City Council. NEW BUSINESS - 5:00 P.M. i. Cushing Island Boat Ramp, Conditional Use and Site Plan; Vicinity of Cushing Island; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to extend a boat ramp at Spring Cove. ADJOURNMENT BREAK PUBLIC HEARING, continued- 7:00 PM i. Waterville Condominiums, Site Plan and Subdivision; Vicinity of 29 Waterville Street; Waterville Triad, LLC., Applicant. At the request of the applicant, this item will be tabled to a future date. ii. Northgate Shopping Center, CVS, H&R Block Site Plan; Vicinity of 125 Auburn Street; A&D Realty, Applicant. (7:00- 8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a new structure and drive-thru for CVS pharmacy and renovations to the former Boy Scout building for an H&R Block. iii. (8:00- 9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A text amendment to the conditional rezoning standards of the Waterfront Central Zone.
