 i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Exterior Alterations; 36 DANFORTH STREET; J. B. Brown & Sons, Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Hammen absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.

ii. Request to Amend Designation Classification for Portion of Structure to Allow for Demolition of Rear Ell; 32 WINTER STREET; Nancy Merrow, Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 to table the application until such time that a proposal for a replacement additions is presented for consideration.
