i. Washington Avenue Lofts, 4 unit subdivision; Vicinity of 202 Washington Avenue; Ron Gan, Applicant. (3:30- 4:15 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The applicant will be proposing concept plans for residential units at 202 Washington Avenue.

ii. Wind Anemometer Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (4:15 – 5:00 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) A text amendment to allow temporary anemometer towers as a conditional use or a permitted use with performance standards in zones that allow utility substations.

6. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON MAY 12TH, 2009:

i. Jetport Expansion; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 4-1 (Silk opposed; Patterson and Odokara absent) to approve the Traffic Movement Permit and site plan subject to fifteen (15) conditions of approval.

ii. Portland Hall, Site Plan and Subdivision; Vicinity of 645 Congress Street; Bayside LLC, Applicant.

- The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Hall, Patterson and Odokara absent) to approve the surface parking lot conditional use subject to one (1) condition of approval;
- voted unanimously 4-0 (Hall, Patterson and Odokara absent) to approve waivers of sidewalk and curbing as specified in the Sidewalk Memorandum of Agreement.
- voted unanimously 4-0 (Hall, Patterson and Odokara absent) on a motion to grant a waiver on contribution in lieu of street trees, therefore the waiver was not granted.
- voted unanimously 4-0 (Hall, Patterson and Odokara absent) to approve the subdivision subject to two (2) conditions of approval.
- voted unanimously 4-0 (Hall, Patterson and Odokara absent) to approve the site plan subject to nine (9) conditions of approval; and
- voted unanimously 4-0 (Hall, Patterson and Odokara absent) to approve the waiver of lighting on the southwest corner.
7. NEW BUSINESS

i. Shoreland Zoning Map Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:00- 6:30 p.m.- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal by the City of Portland to revise the zoning map and shoreland regulations to comply with Maine’s Mandatory Shoreland Zoning Act.

iii. R-P (Residential Professional) Text Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:00 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Board will review a zoning text amendment proposal to allow childcare facilities as a conditional use in the R-P zone for recommendation to the City Council.
