| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by John Ranson for the division of a lot at 502 Allen Avenue. |

| ii. | Old Canal Place 6-lot Subdivision; Vicinity of 1657 Westbrook Street; Second Chance Properties, Applicant. |
| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by Mark Poirier of Second Chance Properties, LLC. The applicant is proposing a 6-lot subdivision to be located at 1657 Westbrook Street. |

| iii. | Rand Road Rezoning, Resource Protection Zone to Office Park Zone, Vicinity of Rand Road; City of Portland, Applicant. |
| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by the City of Portland’s Economic Development Division is seeking to rezone 6.5 acres of land from Resource Protection Zone (RPZ) to Office Park (OP) and rezone 1 acre of Office Park (OP) to Resource Protection Zone (RPZ) in the vicinity of Rand Road. The rezoning is proposed to accommodate the development of an office park on a portion of the City’s property. Zoning text amendments are proposed to add definitions for biotechnology and nanotechnology and to add high technology manufacturing of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and nanotechnology under the Office Park (OP) zone as a conditional use with development standards. |

| iv. | Design Standards Review; USM Overlay Zone Campus Design Principles and Standards.

| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider proposed USM Campus Design Principles and Standards. These standards are pursuant to newly enacted USM overlay zoning and site plan provision 14-526(a)(29) and will regulate design of future development on the USM campus. |
