| 6. | REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON APRIL 28TH, 2009. i. St. Patrick’s School, Site Plan and Subdivision; Vicinity of 1257 Congress Street; Westbrook Development Corp., Applicant. - The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis, Silk and Odokara absent) to approve the conditional use; - voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis, Silk and Odokara absent) to approve the waiver of technical standards related to driveway widths; - voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis, Silk and Odokara absent) to approve the subdivision subject to four (4) conditions of approval; and - voted unanimously 4-0 (Lowry, Silk and Odokara absent) to approve the site plan subject to seven (7) conditions of approval. ii. Bayside Trail, Site Plan; Vicinity of former railroad corridor from Tukey's Bridge to Elm Street; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Lewis, Hall and Odokara absent) to approve this item subject to eight (8) conditions of approval. |
| 7. | UNFINISHED BUSINESS i. Jetport Expansion; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. (7:00-8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for the expansion and redevelopment of the Jetport Terminal. Development activities will encompass 24.05 acres and include expansion of the existing terminal and relocation of surface parking. |
| 8. | NEW BUSINESS i. Portland Hall, Site Plan and Subdivision; Vicinity of 645 Congress Street; Bayside LLC, Applicant. (8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to convert the former Portland Hall dormitory into a 56 unit apartment building with approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The three buildings located at the rear of the property will be demolished and replaced with a 75 space surface parking lot. NOTE: It is possible that the Board will not reach all of the items prior to adjournment. Any items not reached will be rescheduled to appear on the subsequent agenda with items appearing early on the agenda as unfinished business. |
