DECISION: The Portland Planning Board voted 5-1 (Silk opposed; Anton Absent) to recommend the proposed overylay zone to the City Council.
iiR-7 Zoning Amendment; Vicinity of 121 Sheridan Street; Greg Shinberg, Applicant
The Portland Planning Board voted 3-3 (Beal, Odokara and Lwry opposed; Silk, Patterson and Tevanian in favor; Anton Absent) to recommend the proposed rezoning to the City Council.
ivOffice Expansion; Vicinity of 41 Hutchins Drive; CADCAM Associates and Peggy and Eric Cianchette, Applicant
At the request of the applicant the Board voted unanimously 6-0 (Anton absent) to table this item to the February 28th meeting at 7:30 p.m.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
iGraves Hill Site Plan/Subdivision: Vicinity of 802 Ocean Avenue; Doyle Enterprise, Applicant.
The applicant has requested a tabling of the Graves Hill project from the February 28, 2006 Planning board meeting until the March 28, 2006 meeting. The item will appear as Unfinished Business on the March 28th agenda at 7:30 p.m. if the Planning Board supports a tabling motion.

The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal of a decision by the Historic Preservation Board regarding substitution of building materials at 168 Danforth Street.

NOTE: The Portland Planning Board will hoold a public hearing to consider a plan by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland for a 4-lot subdivision to be located at the end of Demerest Street.
vRiverton School Renovations; Vicinity of 1600 Forest Avenue; City of Portland Public School Department, Applicant.
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by the Portland School Dept. for proposed renovations to the Riverton Elementary School.
