i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Proposed Parking Lot Development; CORNER OF DEERING & HENRY STREETS (rear wing of Portland Hall, 645 Congress Street); Bayside Maine, Applicant. The application was withdrawn. No formal action was taken by the Board. The Board did vote 6-0 to endorse the developer’s intent to redevelop the cleared site in a manner and with uses consistent with the R-6 zone and the Deering Street Historic District.

ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Proposed Landscape Alterations; EASTERN PROMENADE HISTORIC LANDSCAPE DISTRICT (Vicinity of Fort Allen Park); City of Portland and Portland Trails, Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Romano absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.
