i. St. Patrick’s Church Parking Lot, Site Plan; Vicinity of 1342 Congress Street; St. Patrick’s Church, Applicant. (3:30- 4:15 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposed 75 space parking lot behind the St. Patrick’s Church at 1342 Congress Street.

ii. Plymouth Street Subdivision; Vicinity of 119 Plymouth Street; Diversified Properties, Applicant. (4:15- 5:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a 5 lot subdivision along Plymouth Street.

iii. Residence Professional (RP) Text Amendment for Daycare facilities; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:00- 5:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposed text amendment to include daycare facilities, nursery schools and kindergartens as a conditional use in the RP zone.

iv. B-2 Text Amendments for Residential Density and front yard setback; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:30- 6:15 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposed text amendment to the B-2 zone to Permit higher residential density in the B-2b zone

4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON APRIL 14TH, 2009.

i. Jetport Expansion; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. A motion to approve the expansion failed with a vote of 3 to 3 (Lewis, Odokara, and Silk opposed, Lowry absent). The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the de-icing facility (6-0, Lowry absent) with one condition of approval. The Portland Planning voted 4 to 1 (Patterson opposed, Lowry and Odokara absent) to table the Jetport Expansion to May 12, 2009.

5. NEW BUSINESS

i. St. Patrick’s School, Site Plan and Subdivision; Vicinity of 1257 Congress Street; Westbrook Development Corp., Applicant. (7:00- 8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to convert the St. Patrick's School on Congress Street to 15 units of affordable housing.

ii. Bayside Trail, Site Plan; Vicinity of former railroad corridor from Tukey's Bridge to Elm Street; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle trail (Bayside Trail) along a former railroad corridor beginning near Tukey's Bridge and extending to Elm Street.

NOTE: It is possible that the Board will not reach all of the items prior to adjournment. Any items not reached will be rescheduled to appear on the subsequent agenda with items appearing early on the agenda as unfinished business.
