(3:30- 4:15 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to convert the former Portland Hall dormitory used by the University of Southern Maine into a 58 unit apartment building with approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The three buildings located towards the north and rear of the property will be demolished and replaced with a 110 space surface parking lot.

ii. Northgate Shopping Center, CVS, and H&R Block; Vicinity of 125 Auburn Street; A&D Realty, Applicant. (4:15- 5:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a new structure and drive-thru for CVS pharmacy and renovations to the former Boy Scout building for an H&R Block.

iii. WCZ Zoning Text Amendments; Great Maine Wharf, LLC, Applicant. (5:00- 5:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A text amendment to the conditional rezoning standards of the Waterfront Central Zone.

iv. Waterville Triad Condominiums, Site Plan and Subdivision; Vicinity of 29 Waterville Street; Waterville Triad LLC, Applicant. (5:30- 6:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change)A proposal for the construction of a three unit building at 29 Waterville Street.

(7:00-8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for expansion and redevelopment of the Jetport. Development activities will encompass 24.05 acres and include expansion of the existing terminal, relocation of surface parking, aircraft apron construction, and installation of a deicing facility.

ii. B-2 Text Amendments for Residential Density; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:30- 9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposed text amendment to the B-2 zone to permit higher residential density in the B-2b zones.
