Review of this item was postponed at the request of the applicant. iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Playground Improvements; Deering Oaks Historic Landscape District; City of Portland and Friends of Deering Oaks, Applicants. The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Romano and Oldham absent) to approve the application, subject to one condition. iv. Certificate of Appropriateness for Comprehensive Storefront Remodeling (Request to Amend Previously- Approved Project); 30 Market Street; Eric and Peggy Cianchette, Applicants. The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Romano and Oldham absent) to approve the application subject to conditions. |
