i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Phase II Redevelopment; Martin’s Point, Vicinity of 331 Veranda Street; Martin’s Point Health Care, Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 4-0 (Romano and Oldham absent; Benson recused) to approve the application, subject to conditions.

ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Streetscape Safety Improvements; Westbrook Street (between Congress Street & Penrith Road); Department of Public Services, Applicant. Review of this item was postponed at the request of the applicant.

iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Playground Improvements; Deering Oaks Historic Landscape District; City of Portland and Friends of Deering Oaks, Applicants. The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Romano and Oldham absent) to approve the application, subject to one condition.

iv. Certificate of Appropriateness for Comprehensive Storefront Remodeling (Request to Amend Previously- Approved Project); 30 Market Street; Eric and Peggy Cianchette, Applicants. The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Romano and Oldham absent) to approve the application subject to conditions.
