1. WORKSHOP - 3:30 p.m.

i. Bayside Trail, Multi-Use Trail Site Plan; Vicinity of former railroad corridor from Tukey’s Bridge to Elm Street; City of Portland, Applicant. (3:30- 4:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for the construction of a pedestrian bicycle trail along a former railroad corridor beginning near Tukey's Bridge to Elm Street.

ii. Shoreland Zoning; City of Portland, Applicant. (4:30- 5:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) The City of Portland is proposing to revise the zoning map and shoreland regulations to comply with Maine’s Mandatory Shoreland Zoning Act.

6. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON MARCH 10TH, 2009:

i. Congress Street Historic District, Repeat Vote on Amendments to Land Use Code; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 5-2 (Lewis and Odokara opposed) to recommend the proposed Congress Street Historic District Designation. The Planning Board voted 5-2 (Lewis and Odokara opposed) to recommend the amendments to the Historic Preservation Ordinance, subject to one revision to the recommendation. The Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend the amendments to the site plan ordinance, subject to three revisions to the amendments.

ii. Jetport Expansion, Site Plan; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 6-1 (Patterson opposed) to table this item to April 14th, 2009.

iii. Antique Auto Dealership, Conditional Use Application; Vicinity of 867-883 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to approve the site plan and to approve the conditional use with three conditions of approval.

iv. Avenue Auto, Conditional Use Amendment; Vicinity 745 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 5-2 (Lewis and Patterson opposed) to approve the site plan amendment. The Planning Board voted 4-3 (Lewis, Lowry and Patterson opposed) to approve the conditional use amendment with one condition of approval.
7. NEW BUSINESS

i. Baxter Building Site Plan and Change of Use; Vicinity of 621 Congress Street; Northland Enterprises, LLC., Applicant. (7:00-7:45 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a change of use to office use along with an 896 sq. ft. addition at 621 Congress Street.

ii. PowerPay Site Plan and Change of Use; Vicinity of 320 Cumberland Avenue; A&D Realty, LLC., Applicant. (7:45- 8:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a change of use of the Portland Public Market building for Power Pay (office use).
NOTE: It is possible that the Board will not reach all of the items prior to adjournment. Any items not reached will be rescheduled to appear on the subsequent agenda with items appearing early on the agenda as unfinished business.
