| 6. | REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON MARCH 10TH, 2009: i. Congress Street Historic District, Repeat Vote on Amendments to Land Use Code; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 5-2 (Lewis and Odokara opposed) to recommend the proposed Congress Street Historic District Designation. The Planning Board voted 5-2 (Lewis and Odokara opposed) to recommend the amendments to the Historic Preservation Ordinance, subject to one revision to the recommendation. The Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend the amendments to the site plan ordinance, subject to three revisions to the amendments. ii. Jetport Expansion, Site Plan; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 6-1 (Patterson opposed) to table this item to April 14th, 2009. iii. Antique Auto Dealership, Conditional Use Application; Vicinity of 867-883 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to approve the site plan and to approve the conditional use with three conditions of approval. iv. Avenue Auto, Conditional Use Amendment; Vicinity 745 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 5-2 (Lewis and Patterson opposed) to approve the site plan amendment. The Planning Board voted 4-3 (Lewis, Lowry and Patterson opposed) to approve the conditional use amendment with one condition of approval. |
