The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 to approve the application, subject to conditions.
ii.Certificate of Appropriateness for a New Window Opening; 136 Commercial Street; Jed Harris, Applicant.
By a vote of 2-4 (Romano and Sewall in favor; Deprez, Geyer, Turk and Wroth opposed) the Historic Preservation Board failed to approve the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness based on findings that the alteration did not meet standards #2 and #9 of the ordinance.
4. ON-SITE WORKSHOP – Meet at the intersection of Clifford, Bowdoin & Neal Streets
