REPORT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON: February 24th, 2009 Workshop: All members were present. February 24th, 2009 Public Hearing: All members were present. 4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON FEBRUARY 24th, 2009. i. Martin’s Point Phase II, Amendment to Site Plan; Vicinity of 331 Veranda Street; Martin’s Point Healthcare, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 4-0 unanimously (Hall, Patterson, Silk recused) that the plan is in compliance with the Shoreland Regulations subject to one condition of approval. The Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Hall, Patterson, Silk recused) to approve the site plan subject to 9 conditions of approval. ii. Oak Street Garage, Request to increase beyond street build-to-line, Site Plan Standard; Vicinity of 84 Oak Street; Northeast Realty, Inc., Applicant. The Planning Board voted 5-0 (Silk, Patterson absent) to approve this item subject to one condition of approval. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Congress Street Historic District, Repeat Vote on Amendments to Land Use Code; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:00 -7:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will repeat their vote to recommend the Congress Street Historic District to the City Council. 6. NEW BUSINESS i. Jetport Expansion, Site Plan; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. (7:30- 8:30 PM estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for expansion and redevelopment of the Jetport. Development activities will encompass 24.05 acres and include expansion of the existing terminal, relocation of surface parking, aircraft apron construction, and installation of a deicing facility. ii. Antique Auto Dealership, Conditional Use Application; Vicinity of 867-883 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. (8:30- 9:00 PM. estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for an antique auto dealership in the basement of the existing office building. iii. Avenue Auto, Conditional Use Amendment; Vicinity 745 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. (9:00-9:30 PM estimated time, subject to change). A proposal to amend the conditional use approval for Avenue Auto site plan with a substitution of fencing material. |
