(7:30- 8:30 PM estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for expansion and redevelopment of the Jetport. Development activities will encompass 24.05 acres and include expansion of the existing terminal, relocation of surface parking, aircraft apron construction, and installation of a deicing facility. ii. Antique Auto Dealership, Conditional Use Application; Vicinity of 867-883 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. (8:30- 9:00 PM. estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for an antique auto dealership in the basement of the existing office building. iii. Avenue Auto, Conditional Use Amendment; Vicinity 745 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. (9:00-9:30 PM estimated time, subject to change). A proposal to amend the conditional use approval for Avenue Auto site plan with a substitution of fencing material. |
