i. The Inn at Diamond Cove, Site Plan; Vicinity of 18 McKinley Court, Great Diamond Island; The Inn at Diamond Cove, LLC., Applicant. (3:30- 5:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to renovate the Double Barracks building at Diamond Cove, Great Diamond Island. The renovations consist of 20 condominium/hotel units to be known as The Inn at Diamond Cove.

ii. Jetport Expansion, Site Plan; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; Portland International Jetport, Applicant. (5:00- 6:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for expansion and redevelopment of the Jetport. Development activities will encompass 7.85 acres and include expansion of the existing terminal and runways and relocation of surface parking.

4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON JANUARY 13th, 2009.

i. Walgreens Pharmacy Site Plan; Vicinity of 340 Allen Avenue, Richmond Company, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 7-0 to approve the conditional use subject to 8 conditions of approval. The Planning Board voted unanimously 7-0 to grant waivers to driveway width and voted unanimously 7-0 to grant waivers or parking stall size. The Planning Board voted unanimously 7-0 to approve the site plan subject to 14 conditions of approval.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

i. Request for Reconsideration, Walgreens Pharmacy Conditional Use and Site Plan; Vicinity of 340 Allen Avenue, Richmond Company, Applicant. The applicant is requesting that the Board reconsider the condition restricting hours of the drive-thru for the recently approved Walgreens Pharmacy at the intersection of Washington and Allen Avenues.

New Business

i. Congress Street Historic District; Amendments to Land Use Code; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:00- 8:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal by The City of Portland to create a new downtown historic district for the purpose of providing protection for the historic buildings within Portland’s downtown.

ii. Crescent Heights, Site Plan; Vicinity of 29 Crescent Street; Crescent Heights, LLC, Applicant. (8:30- 9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for the construction of a lodging house of 19,520 sq. ft. with 44 rooming units to replace the proposed demolition of buildings at 15, 25 and 29 Crescent Street.

iii. Wind Tower Amendments – Temporary Installation - Text Amendment; Portland School Department, Applicant. (9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A text amendment is proposed to allow the temporary installation of towers for wind anemometers. AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, THIS ITEM HAS BEEN TABLED.
