(5:00- 6:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to convert the former Portland Hall dormitory used by the University of Southern Maine into a 58 unit apartment building with approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

ii. 4 Lot Subdivision; Vicinity of Rockledge Avenue, Little Diamond Island; Cyrus Hagge, Applicant. (6:00- 6:45 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a 4 lot subdivision on Little Diamond Island.

iii. RP Text Amendment; ATH, LLC, Applicant. (6:45- 7:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to allow funeral homes as a permitted or conditional use in the Residence- Professional (R-P) zone.
