1. ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM 2. COMMUNICATIONS AND REPORTS 3. REPORT OF DECISIONS FROM MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 10th, 2008 i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Building Addition; 122 Pine Street; Edward and Karen Rea, Applicants. The Board voted 4-0 (Turk, Romano and Pitman absent) to approve the application as submitted. ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Storefront Remodeling; 50 Wharf Street; Boulos Property Management, Applicant. The Board tabled final review and approval of full elevation drawings subject to receipt of additional documentation. The Board authorized the applicant to proceed with the installation of the three storefront openings as shown on the submitted plans. iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Porch Infill; 119 Chadwick Street; Terry Siegel, Applicant. The Board voted to deny the application based on findings that the proposed alterations failed to meet Standards #1, 2 and 5 of the Historic Preservation Ordinance. (Draft findings to be reviewed and approved by the Board at its January 7th meeting.) iv. Review and Approval of Draft Memorandum to Planning Board regarding Recommendation to Designate Congress Street Historic District (HP Board voted on 11/19 to recommend designation) The Board voted to approve the draft memorandum, with revisions. 4. PUBLIC HEARING i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Comprehensive Storefront Remodeling; (Request to Amend Previously-Approved Project); 30 Market Street; ELC, Inc., Applicants.
