i. Maine Health Garage and Office Site Plan; Vicinity of Somerset and Chestnut Streets; Bayco, LLC., Applicant. (3:30- 4:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for an approx. 98,000 sq. ft. office building and a 700+ space parking garage with approx. 5,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space.

ii. Walgreen’s Pharmacy Site Plan; Vicinity of 340 Allen Avenue; The Richmond Company, Applicant. (4:30- 5:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a 14,045 +/- sq. ft. Walgreens Pharmacy with drive up service and 50 parking spaces.

iii. Jetport Expansion, Site Plan; Vicinity of 1001 Westbrook Street; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:30- 6:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for an extension of the terminal at the Jetport. The terminal expansion will total 160,000 sq. ft. on four levels and about 500 surface parking spaces being relocated on the airport site.

iv. Berlin City Toyota, Site Plan; Vicinity of 191 Riverside Street; Berlin City, Applicant. (6:30- 7:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to construct a 9,312 sq. ft. bld. addition as well as expand the vehicle inventory storage area.
2. PUBLIC HEARING- 7:30 PM

i. Rufus Deering Lumber, Site Plan; Vicinity of 383 Commercial Street; Rufus Deering Lumber Company, Applicant. (7:30- 8:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to construct a 29,000 sq. ft. drive-thru warehouse, improve the parking lot and reorganize on-site circulation.

ii. Sustainable Portland Report, Proposed Element of Comprehensive Plan; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:30- 9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A report prepared by the Sustainable Portland taskforce to establish a framework for evaluating sustainable practices regarding environment, economy and community.

iii. Chapter 500 Stormwater Standards and Site Plan Amendments; City of Portland, Applicant. (9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) Review of proposed stormwater management standards to replace Portland’s current standards in the City’s Technical and Design Standards and Guidelines.
