| 1. | Review and accept Minutes of previous meeting held on April 12, 2006. |
| 2. | Discussion of West Commercial Street Noise Issue, including presentation by a representative from Guilford Transportation. |
| 3. | Discussion of potential uses of the Maine State Pier, and in particular, that portion of the pier not currently occupied by Casco Bay Island Transit District, the Parking Garage or the Compass Park. |
| 4. | Review and recommendation to City Council on requests by Capital, LLC and Realty Resources, LLC for Credit Enhancement Agreements under the Bayside Redevelopment Tax Increment Financing District and Municipal Development Program, to assist with the financing of the proposed structured parking portions of the developments at the City owned property at the Northeast corner of Marginal Way and Preble Street Extension. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. Section 405(C) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A, the Committee will go into executive session to review and review financial and proprietary information. |
