4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON OCTOBER 28TH, 2008.

i. Ocean Avenue School, Site Plan and Conditional Use Review; Vicinity of 152 Ocean Avenue; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 6-0 (Odokara absent) to approve the conditional use expansion for a school. The Planning Board voted 5-1 (Lowry opposed, Odokara absent) to approve the waiver of sign size and height waiver section of the Technical and Design Standards with one condition of approval. The Planning Board voted 5-1 (Patterson opposed, Odokara absent) to approve lighting standards for light trespass limits except for the rear of the building. The Planning Board voted unanimously 6-0 (Odokara absent) to approve the Site Plan subject to ten conditions of approval.

ii. Bayside TDM; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 6-0 (Odokara absent) to adopt the Transportation Demand Management Standards as part of Portland's Technical and Design Standards and Guidelines.

iii. Florence House Amendment to Conditional Zoning; Vicinity of Valley Street; Avesta Florence House LP, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 3-0 (Lewis abstained, Lowry, Silk recused, Odokara absent) to recommend the amendment to the City Council.

5. NEW BUSINESS

i. Island Map, Zoning Map Adoption; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:00- 7:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A public hearing to adopt a digital version of the existing zoning map for the Islands located in the City of Portland. No changes or amendments are being proposed.

ii. Rufus Deering Lumber Site Plan; Vicinity of 383 Commercial Street; Rufus Deering, Applicant. (7:30- 8:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for the construction of an approximately 29,000 sq. Ft. Drive thru warehouse, parking lot improvements and reorganization of exterior storage areas.

iii. Irish Heritage Center Conditional Use Review; Vicinity of 3 Gray Street; Maine Irish Heritage Center, Applicant. (8:30- 9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for a conditional use in the R-6 zone to allow office space for non-profit organizations and to rent function space to individuals or groups at the Irish Heritage Center.

iv. Shed Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (9:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to amend the Dimensional Requirements for detached accessory structures in R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-5A, R-6, IR-1, IR-2, and IR-3 zones to allow the maximum size of an accessory structure to increase from 100 sq. ft. to 144 sq. ft.
