| The Portland Planning Board will consider a plan by Metropolitan Apartments LLC, Port Property Management. The applicant proposes to convert the sixth floor of the existing Metropolitan Apartments into nine (9) small efficiency one (1) bed rental units. |

| ii. | Sacred Heart Reuse; Vicinity of 83 Sherman Street; Random Orbit, Applicant. |
| The Portland Planning Board will consider a plan by Random Orbit, Inc. The applicant is proposing to convert the existing Sacred Heart School into 8 residential condominiums with artist-home occupation. |
