(7:00- 8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal by the School District and the City of Portland to construct an approximately 73,960 square foot elementary school building at 152 Ocean Avenue. ii. Bayside TDM; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:00-8:45 PM- estimated time, subject to change) Proposed technical standards for the implementation of the recently adopted Transportation Demand Management (TDM) ordinance for the B-7 zone. iii. Florence House Amendment to Conditional Zoning; Vicinity of Valley Street; Avesta Florence House LP, Applicant. (8:45 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to amend the conditional rezone agreement to remove the women-only requirement for the 25 efficiency units. |
