i. Congress Street Historic District; City of Portland, Applicant (3:30- 4:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal by The City of Portland to create a new downtown historic district for the purpose of providing protection for the historic buildings within Portland’s downtown.

ii. Maine Health Garage and Office; Vicinity of Somerset and Chestnut Streets; Bayco, Applicant. (4:30-5:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for an approx. 98,000 sq. ft. office building and a 700+ space parking garage with approx. 5,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space.

iii. Crescent Street Housing; Vicinity of 25-29 Crescent Street; Crescent Heights, LLC, Applicant . (5:30-6:30 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal for the construction of an 11 unit building with a total of 19,520 square feet to replace the demolition of buildings at 25-29 Crescent street.

i. Ocean Avenue School; Vicinity of 152 Ocean Avenue; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:00- 8:00 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal by the School District and the City of Portland to construct an approximately 73,960 square foot elementary school building at 152 Ocean Avenue.

ii. Bayside TDM; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:00-8:45 PM- estimated time, subject to change) Proposed technical standards for the implementation of the recently adopted Transportation Demand Management (TDM) ordinance for the B-7 zone.

iii. Florence House Amendment to Conditional Zoning; Vicinity of Valley Street; Avesta Florence House LP, Applicant. (8:45 PM- estimated time, subject to change) A proposal to amend the conditional rezone agreement to remove the women-only requirement for the 25 efficiency units.
