3. -- 5:00 p.m. St. Joseph’s Convent Redevelopment: Presentation of proposed redevelopment of St. Joseph’s Convent on Stevens Avenue and request consideration of establishing a TIF district. Note: Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6) (F) Title 5 MRSA §13119-A the Committee may go into executive session to review and discuss this item.
