The appellant proposes to divide their land and create a buildable lot. The proposed lot will need to meet minimum requirements for street improvement; the lot abuts an unimproved paper street. Appellants are requesting a Variance from the required 35’ minimum building height. The proposed addition is 14’ high and matches the existing height at the rear of the property.
