The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Oldham absent) to table consideration of the proposed site alterations pending receipt of an alternative proposal. The Board voted 6-0 (Oldham absent) to approve the proposed porch alterations, subject to conditions.

ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Exterior Alterations, including Amendments to Previously-Approved Plans; Chestnut Street Church; 17 Chestnut Street; Anne and Peter Verrill, Applicants.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Oldham absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.

iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Siding Replacement (After-the-Fact Review); 134 Neal Street/21 Marshall Street; West Side Condominium Association, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 4-2 (Oldham absent; Baron and Deprez opposed) to approve the application, subject to modifications detailed in the conditions of approval.
