The Planning Board voted to table this item to 6:00 pm on June 24, 2008. ii. Request for Reconsideration of the Parking Layout of the Westgate Shopping Center Site Plan; Vicinity of 1354-1422 Congress Street. The Planning Board voted unanimously (6-0, Odokara absent) to reconsider the parking layout for the Westgate Shopping Center. The Board voted unanimously (6-0, Odokara absent) to amend the approved subdivision plan to extend the travel lane, relocate parking and widen landscape islands, subject to review and approval of the Traffic Engineer. The Board voted unanimously (6-0, Odokara absent) to amend the site plan to extend the travel lane, relocate parkign and widen landscape islands, subject to review and approval of the Traffic Engineer. iii. An amendment to the existing IR-3 conditional zone for Diamond Cove on Great Diamond Island is proposed to allow up to 22 residential hotel condominium units in the Double Barracks building (building 46) and a lesser number of units in the hospital (building 19) and to allow a swimming pool and a food services building is proposed behind the Double Barracks in an area originally designated as open space.
