An amendment to the existing IR-3 conditional zone for Diamond Cove on Great Diamond Isalnd is proposed to allow up to 22 residential hotel condominium units in the Double Barracks building (building 46) and a lesser number of units in the hospital (building 19) and to allow a swimming pool and a food services building is proposed behind the Double Barracks in an area originally designated as open space. ii.51-59 Danforth Street Subdivision and Site Plan; Vicinity of 53 Danforth Street; The Szanton Company, Applicant. The Applicant is proposing to develop a parcel at 51-59 Danforth Street (near the corner of Danforth & Maple) as a residential multi-family development with 43 units of affordable and market rate apartments with a total of 38 on-site parking spaces.
