i.Cheverus High School Parking Lot; Cheverus High School, Applicant. The applicant is proposing to expand their existing parking lot by approximately 60 vehicle spaces and to add concrete softball dugouts and an electric scoreboard to the site. (3:30-4:30 - estimated time, subject to change)
ii.51-59 Danforth Street Subdivision and Site Plan; Nathan Szanton, Applicant. The applicant is proposing to develop a parcel at 51-59 Danforth Street (near corner of Danforth & Maple) as a residential multi-family development with 43 units of affordable and market rate apartments with a total of 40 on-site parking spaces. (4:30-5:30 - estimated time, subject to change)
iii.Fish Pier Conditional Use Application, City of Portland, Applicant. A surface parking lot is proposed for the Fish Pier to provide parking for marine uses that are not water-dependent, which is a conditional use review under the Waterfront Central Zone. iv.R-7 Text Amendments, City of Portland, Applicant. The City is proposing R-7 residential text amendments to increase the unit density and adjust dimensional and parking standards of the zone. (6:00-6:30 - estimated time, subject to change)

i.Diamond Cove Conditional Zone Amendment, Vicinity of Great Diamond Island; The Inn at Diamond Cove, Applicant. An amendment to the existing IR-3 conditional zone for Diamond Cove on Great Diamond Island is proposed to allow up to 22 residential hotel condominium units in the Double Barracks building (building 46) and a lesser number of units in the hospital (building 19) and to allow a swimming pool and a food services building is proposed behind the Double Barracks in an area originally designated as open space. ii.R-5 Text Amendments, City of Portland, Applicant. Potential text amendments to the R-5 residential zone are proposed to encourage infill housing through provisions for small lot single family house development, accessory apartment options, design review of residential development, and carriage house provisions. The proposal also includes options to increase or retain the current density for multiplexes. (8:00-9:00 - estimated time, subject to change)
iii.Westgate Shopping Center; Vicinity of 1354-1422 Congress Street; Charter Realty & Development, Applicant. A proposal is submitted to renovate the Westgate Shopping Center, construct a separate bank building with a drive-thru, and add a fast food restaurant in the former Friendly's building with a proposed drive-thru window. The proposal will be reviewed under the standards for site plan, conditional use, subdivision and traffic movement permit. (9:00-10:00 - estimated time, subject to change)
iv.Portland Museum of Art Parking Lot; Vicinity of 87 Spring Street; Portland Museum of Art, Applicant. A proposal for a parking lot is proposed at the corner of Spring Street and Oak Street and will be reviewed as a conditional use in the B-3 zone and under the site plan ordinance.
