A proposal is submitted to renovate the Westgate Shopping Center, construct a separate bank building with a drive-thru, and add a fast food restaurant in the former Friendly's building with a proposed drive-thru window. The proposal will be reviewed under the standards for site plan, conditional use, subdivision and traffic movement permit. (6:00-7:00 pm - estimated time, subject to change) |
