4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON MARCH 25TH, 2008.
i. Zoning Map Amendment from B-1b Business to R-7 Residential Overlay Zone to allow for the development of five attached row houses; Vicinity of 192 and 202 Washington Avenue; Ron Gan, Applicant.

The Planning Board voted 1-6 (Tevanian in favor) on a motion to recommend the proposed rezoning to the City Council.

ii. Maine Medical Center Alternative Transportation/ Travel Demand Management Plan (TDM). A plan to provide incentives for employees to use alternative transportation to meet a condition of site plan approval.

The Planning Board voted unanimously 7-0 to approve this item subject to 7 conditions of approval.

iii. B-7 Design Standards, Proposed B-7 urban design standards to be added to Portland's Planning and Development Design Manual.

The Planning Board voted 6-1 (Lowry opposed) to approve the B-7 Design Standards.
5. NEW BUSINESS

i. Morning Star Lane Subdivision; Subdivision Review of a proposal for 10 single family house lots and a new 700 foot long street; Vicinity of Summit Street; Morning Star Real Estate Trust, Applicant. (7:00 p.m.- estimated time, subject to change)
