| 1. | Review and accept report of the Committee’s meeting held on January 30, 2008. |
| 2. | Brief overview of the Bayside master plan. |
| 3. | Review of letters of intent received to purchase DPC/NEMR land in Bayside, followed by a recommendation to the City Council on whom to begin negotiations for a purchase and sale agreement(s). NOTE: Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(C) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A, the Committee will go into executive session to review and discuss the negotiation strategy regarding the possible sale of DPC/NEMR-owned property in Bayside. |
| 4. | Review of request from the Land Bank Commission for a potential land swap with City property in the North Deering area. Note: Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(C) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A, the Committee will go into executive session to discuss negotiations for potential land acquisition/exchange. |
| 5. | Maine State Pier -- Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(C) and (E), the Committee will go into executive session to meet with Special Counsel James Broder to review and discuss the status of negotiations for the Master Development Agreement between the City and The Olympia Companies regarding the lease of the Maine State Pier and associated upland property owned by the City. |
