i.Review and Approval of Draft Recommendations to City Council Regarding Adoption of Portland Peninsula Traffic Plan.
The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Deprez absent)to recommend to City Council, subject to proposed changes to letter.
ii.Certificate of Appropriateness for 1) Martin’s Point Redevelopment Master Plan and 2) Exterior Alterations to former Marine Hospital; MARTIN’S POINT, 331 VERANDA STREET; Martin’s Point Health Care, Applicant.
The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0(Deprez absent)to approve the Master Plan subject to one (1) condition and the Board voted 5-0 (Deprez absent) to approve the exterior alterations to the Marine Hospital.
iii.Certificate of Appropriateness for Exterior Alterations and Rear Addition; 314 Danforth Street; Jesse and Jean Deupree, Applicants
The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Deprez absent)to approve the application subject to conditions.
iv.Certificate of Appropriateness for New Construction; 300 Fore Street; The Olympia Companies, Applicant.
The Historic Preservation Board voted 4-1 (Deprez absent,Geyer opposed) to approve the appllcation, subject to conditions.
