The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Oldham, Pitman absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.

ii. Request for Reconsideration- Handrail Installation; Victoria Mansion; 109 Danforth Street; Victoria Mansion, Applicant.

By a vote of 1-4 (Geyer in favor, Baron, Deprez, Romano, and Turk opposed) the Historic Preservation Board failed to approve the applicants request for reconsideration of their original approval. With the applicant's consent, the Board also placed additional conditions on its original approval.

iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Revisions to Previously-Approved Plans; 198-200 Spring Street; Clark Stevens, Applicant.

As the applicant was not present, the item was tabled to an unspecified date.

iv. Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Alterations; 104 West Street; Craig Owens, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Oldham, Pitman absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.
