| 1. | Review and accept Minutes of previous meeting held on October 10, 2007. |
| 2. | Review and discuss the current process for the sale of the City/Downtown Portland Corporation land in Bayside. NOTE: Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(F) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A, the Committee may go into executive session to review and discuss the status of negotiations regarding the possible purchase or sale of DPC-owned and City-owned property in Bayside. |
| 3. | Review and discuss the Maine State Pier Project and elements to be included in the Master Development Agreement. After this review and discussion, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(F) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A, the Committee will go into executive session to meet with the City’s attorney to review and discuss the status of negotiations for the Master Development Agreement between the City and The Olympia Companies. |
